How long is the free trial?
Two months from the day you sign up. You get one team with up to 20 active players, plus player goals, multi-coach evaluations, check-ins, and challenges. No credit card required to start.
What happens when my 2 months are up?
Your data stays exactly where it is — nothing is deleted. You'll need Pro or Pro Plus to keep adding evaluations, check-ins, and goals. You can export or upgrade at any time, and you'll get reminders before the trial ends, not after.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro Plus?
Pro covers one team, up to 25 players. Pro Plus is the same plan for coaches running more than one team at once — up to 3 teams, 25 players each. Everything else is identical.
Is Tryout Mode included in Pro?
Yes, on Pro, Pro Plus, and Organization. It's not part of the free trial. Tryout Mode lets you grade a scrimmage from the bench with one tap per rep, share a no-login link with evaluators who aren't your season coaches, and rank the whole tryout the moment it ends. See Tryout Mode in detail.
What happens to my roster next season?
Use "Start New Season" from your team page. It creates a fresh team for the new season, and any returning players you pick keep their full history — evaluations, goals, and letters carry forward as one continuous record. Last season's team stays exactly as it was, never deleted.
What counts as an "active player"?
An active player is anyone currently on your roster. The player limit applies to active roster spots on that team. If you remove a player, that spot opens up.
Can I add multiple coaches to a team?
Yes — on every plan. Invite assistants, skills coaches, and goalie coaches. Each gets their own login and contributes evaluations under their name.
Do players need an account?
No. Players receive a personal link and respond directly — no signup, no password, no app download required.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade, your history and feedback remain accessible — you just won't be able to generate new personalized feedback or add players beyond your new plan's limits.
What if I run an association, private club, or program with more than 3 teams?
The Organization plan covers any multi-team program, whatever you call it: association, club, or program. You get every team on one account, a program-wide dashboard, shared eval and goal standards, and coach role management. Pricing is based on team count, so reach out and we'll put a quote together.
