Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hockey Coach Hub, operated by Stryder, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Hockey Coach Hub is a player development platform for youth hockey coaches and program administrators. The Service allows coaches to manage rosters, collect player-set goals, record evaluations, add check-in notes, and generate personalized end-of-season letters.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is intended for use by coaches, program administrators, and association staff — not by youth athletes directly. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to use the Service in your coaching capacity.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@hockeycoachhub.com.

You are responsible for ensuring that any player data you enter into the Service has been collected appropriately and that you have the authority to enter it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Enter false, misleading, or defamatory information about players or coaches
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to harass, bully, or harm any individual
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations regarding youth privacy (including COPPA)

6. Player data and privacy

You acknowledge that player records you create may include personal information about minors. You represent that you have appropriate authority to enter this data (e.g., as a licensed coach or authorized program administrator) and that you will handle it responsibly.

You agree not to use player data for any purpose other than legitimate coaching and player development activities.

7. AI-generated content

Hockey Coach Hub uses AI to generate end-of-season letters based on evaluation data you provide. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may require review and editing before use. You are solely responsible for any content you send to players or families.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated letters. Always review letters before distributing them.

8. Subscription and billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Stryder, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@hockeycoachhub.com.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which time you may request an export.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stryder, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
